To ensure the safe and orderly use of the public kitchen after the dormitory relocation, and to create a clean and safe shared cooking environment, the following usage guidelines are hereby established based on the actual conditions of the first-floor kitchen. Please strictly adhere to these rules:
Article 1: Personal belongings must be properly safeguarded by the individual, and any loss shall be borne by the individual.
Article 2: It is strictly prohibited to engage in noisy behavior, harassment, or any actions that disturb others or violate school regulations in the kitchen.
Article 3: Before using electrical appliances, ensure the power cord is not damaged. Wet hands must never touch the power switch.
Article 4: Multiple high-power appliances must not be connected to the same power strip simultaneously. After use, the switch must be turned off and the plug removed.
Article 5: During use, food waste generated must be promptly disposed of in the trash can. It is strictly prohibited to pour leftover food directly into the sink. After cooking, the stove and table surfaces must be wiped clean, pots and utensils must be washed and returned to their proper places, and grease and water stains must be removed.
Article 6: Keep the floor dry and free of debris to prevent slipping hazards.
Article 7: Personal seasonings and kitchen utensils must be properly labeled to avoid confusion with shared items. Items that remain unused for an extended period will be uniformly cleared by the administrator.
Article 8: It is strictly prohibited to remove public property such as kitchen appliances and utensils from the kitchen without authorization. Users shall be responsible for their safekeeping during use. In case of damage or loss, immediate reporting and compensation according to the assessed value are required. If equipment malfunctions, it must be stopped immediately and the counselor contacted. Unauthorized disassembly or repair is strictly forbidden.
Article 9: It is strictly prohibited to bring non-compliant electrical appliances, pets, alcoholic beverages, or any alcohol-containing drinks into the kitchen. Smoking or engaging in high-risk cooking operations such as deep frying is also forbidden in the kitchen.
Article 10: The kitchen shall be operated under the principle of whoever uses, is responsible. The user shall bear full responsibility for safety and hygiene during the period of use.
